As Jonathan said, the shopkeepers are all the same guy. In the LOST guild, he has inflatable muscles. In the magic shop, he has a fake mustache and beard and wears a pointy blue hat. My thoughts are that he’s got the same NPC stats regardless, so to Jim it’s all the same person. Also he looks a lot like Skip AND Frank’s brother Jesse (in the hiatus page). Jesse owns the game shop they all play at, so he’s the ultimate NPC. Nothing says “NPC” like working retail…
Not to mention the shopkeeper suddenly became a lot younger.
